We're Sam and Ineke, two global citizens with more than 20 years of professional experience.
With Ikigai Global we want to help people and organizations to create and accomplish what they really love.
Sam:
Besides building commercial networks, partnerships and managing/developing different business units, I aim to be a true people person, team leader & motivator, always trying to find the right mix between driving the revenue goals and being efficient while keeping the team happy.
Working in an international environment since 2003 has been truly fascinating. The best part is working with completely different cultures, having a completely different approach, but still having the same goals which is business development & customer satisfaction.
Ineke:
Experienced Life Science professional with strengths in Production, Project Management and Operations. I'm a team player with excellent communication skills, high quality of work and result driven.
Worked as an expat in Singapore to set up an entire new laboratory, done technology transfers from Sweden and USA to Belgium. Trained various people globally (Europe, Singapore, USA, Japan) and worked with a variety of international teams so I understand the challenges of cultural differences.
